Ross Barker

Managing Director

Mr Barker became Chief Executive Officer in February 2001 having been an alternate Director of the Company since April 1987. He was appointed Managing Director in October 2001. He is also Managing Director of Djerriwarrh Investments Limited, AMCIL Limited and Mirrabooka Investments Limited.

Sue Crook

Company Secretary and General Counsel
LLB BA MBA (Melb) SF Fin FCIS

Ms Crook joined the Company in June 2005. Former Associate Company Secretary and Head of Australian Secretariat, National Australia Bank Ltd for five years. A past National president of Chartered Secretaries Australia. She has more than 25 years experience mainly with large corporates in the financial sector.

Geoff Driver

General Manager Business Development and Investor Relations
B Ec (La Trobe) Grad Dip FInance (Melb)

Mr Driver joined the Company in January 2003. Prior to joining AFIC, he was with the National Australia Bank for 18 years in various roles covering business strategy, marketing, distribution, investor relations and business operations.

Mark Freeman

Chief Investment Officer
BE (Monash), MBA, G Dip App Fin (Sec Inst.)

Mr Freeman joined the Company in February 2007. He was a Partner with Goldman Sachs JBWere for 5 of the 12 years he was employed by them. His primary role during that time was assisting the investment companies with their investment and dealing activities. As such he has a depth of knowledge and experience of the Company's investment approaches, policies and processes.

Andrew Porter

Chief Financial Officer
MA (Hons) (St And) FCA

Mr Porter joined the Company in January 2005. He is a Chartered Accountant and has had over 16 years experience in accounting and financial management both in the United Kingdom with Andersen Consulting and Credit Suisse First Boston and in Australia where he was Regional Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate and Investment Banking division of CSFB. He is a member of the User Focus Group of the Australian Accounting Standards Board.
