AFIC’s long term investment horizon and low fees make it an attractive investment for children or grandchildren.

Please note the Federal Budget handed down on 10 May 2011 announced some proposed changes to the taxing of income of minors from 1 July 2011. This means minors will no longer be able to claim the low income tax offset to reduce income tax payable on passive income, such as dividends, interest and trust distributions.

Once these proposed changes are finalised adjustments will be made to the attached brochure.

Any information contained in the brochure is general in nature. If you have any questions you should seek your own independent tax advice.
